Do you ever visit Etsy? If not, go IMMEDIATELY, but beware: there is so much cool stuff to browse, it can definitely become a major time-suck.
Etsy is basically a marketplace for handmade goods and vintage items. You know your crafty friend who you keep telling should start selling their creations? Well, he/she should be selling them on Etsy. Learn more about Etsy HERE.
I get on Etsy every now and again, especially if I am planning a party. I bought cute decorations and a purse for my wedding, favors and paper cranes for my grandmother's 90th birthday party, and a pen made out of a bullet (random, I know) for my husband's birthday last year. I like the idea of Etsy because you're getting something fairly unique and are also helping support a stranger's hobby.
Etsy also has a Facebook page. To promote the page, they're collecting "Likes" as entry into a drawing for a $100 gift card to Etsy.com. Go HERE, like the page and enter your email address, name, and whether or not you'd like to receive product suggestions. You'll then have 1 entry into the contest. For additional entries, Etsy will provide you with a special link to share with your friends. Each person who uses your link to enter will count as an additional entry for you.
This contest runs through June 27, 2014.
Remember, coupons and offers are available when I post them, but can change at any time.
